This was my first ever TrailTrophy. With my new Santa Cruz Blur XC bike, I decided to give the Enduro trails a shot. Every corner and drop had me smiling more and more. The uphills were, thanks to my XC bike, also a dream. Overall, the entire bc crew had a great race weekend and I look forward to more TrailTrophys in the future.

This race was the perfect start into the season. After building up a new bike during the winter, I was extremely excited to get to ride it in a race. The trails around St. Andreasberg were perfect and my bike preformed really well. I can’t wait to hit the course in Latsch in three weeks!
Race day pure.
Great trails and great company made this weekend great.

Soft green hills, loose trails and summer temperatures. The perfect conditions for the first TrailTrophy of the year! On the first trail, I was a little over confident and didn’t really make it on the first descent. With a broken front wheel, I made my way back to the rider’s camp and with the help of Robert, my bike was ready to ride again. After hitting the trails once more, I could focus on the important things, biking, grilling and good company. This TrailTrophy was a real blast and a shout out goes to the entire bc Racing Crew for a wonderful weekend.
The perfect way to get the season started for more Enduro races.

After crashing at my last race, I was a little nervous going into this one. However, when I hit stage 3 all my worries faded away. The trails were technical, flowy and full of fun. The TrailTrophy is true to its hashtag #spirtofenduro. Overall, I came in 9th, which was a nice addition to a wonderful weekend.

The weekend in St. Andreasberg was a lot of fun and the technical as well as flowy trails were a blast. I was a little weak in my conditioning, but I still pulled through with a smile on my face. The bc crew team spirit is always something I look forward too, and during this race it was no different. What a great way to start the TrailTrophy season.
Starting with the new Blur.
So much fun riding pristine trails.

The start of the TrailTrophy coincided with the delivery of my new Blur team bike! So I built it up quick and brought it with me to St. Andreasberg to hit the trails. Most of the stages had soft ground full of roots. This made the trails technical, but also a ton of fun. I was also very happy to find out that I had one first place in the women’s class. I can’t wait for more!
See you in a few weeks in Latsch!
