Anwendungshinweise des Herstellers:

Empfohlene Verzehrmenge: 2 Messlöffel (35 g) in 500 ml Wasser einrühren. Während der Belastung alle 15 Minuten 150 ml Endurance Drink verzehren. 5 Portionen am Tag.
