WTV fabrics consist of two layers: the outer layer is a high-density stretch fabric that acts as a wind blocker and regulates incoming air. Inside, there is brushed thermal material that stores warm air and releases moisture to the outside. The system works due to the air pressure differences that exist between the outside and inside.
