Ich hatte das Schloss nun fast zwei Jahre im täglichen Einsatz. Leider beginnt bereits ab ca. 10°C, bei jedem Abschließen die Batteriewarnung zu piepsen, auch mit neuer Batterie. Man könnte das ignorieren, wenn der Warnton nicht so unglaublich laut wäre. Die Warnung ist nicht leise wie der Scharfstellton sondern eben laut wie der Alarmton. Im Ranking der Töne, die das Schloss kann (Scharfstellton, Batteriewarnung, Voralarm und Alarm) liegt die Batteriewarnung sehr knapp auf dem zweiten Platz hinter dem Alarm, der nur durch seine Ausdauer die Goldmedaille erkämpft. Neben der Wahl der CR2-Batterie ist also auch die Wahl des Tons ein wahrer Griff ins Klo. Ich konnte das Schloss dankenswerterweise problemlos reklamieren und steige nun wieder auf ein Bordo ohne Alarm um.
Zudem klappert übrigens der Schlosskopf im SH-Halter, da das Schloss zum Transport nicht vollständig geschlossen wird, sondern in einer Zwischenstellung im Halter steckt, um den Alarm nicht scharf zu schalten.
Alles in Allem ist der Alarm eine tolle Idee, die bei diesem Schloss leider wirklich schlecht umgesetzt wurde.
