A patented 40 gauge circular knit fabric specifically designed for compressive support and silky soft comfort. 200 g/m2, moisture dispersing (idroFil fastDry), particularly resistant and with USF 50+, iceColor and odorControl.

Carbon Xbib
A single batch of elastic material that has been folded down to form a strong A-shaped frame and offers limited vertical stretch at the back. Above the " X" intersection, a more flexible material with a carbon fabric is used, thus channelling away moisture and lying flat on the front side.

Dyora RS Chamois
Antibacterial top layer made of microfibres in a grey colouring of 3D basalt - a homage to volcanic rock that gives strength, stability and courage. The surface area of the chamois has been reduced compared to its predecessor UMA in order to save space.
superAir microShock Foam Layer: A lightweight, open-cell, shock-absorbing foam that always retains its original shape and fills the gaps every time your riding position changes due to a weight shift in the saddle.
3D waffle: A patented three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and has no excess weight.
goldenGate: A patented process in which the seams are interrupted along the side panels of the padding, thus allowing increased three-dimensional freedom of movement in this sensitive area that is always in motion.

ASSOS products are manufactured specifically for cycling. The cut of the products is anatomically shaped according to the ASSOS cut design philosophy AEPD. This means that ASSOS products perfectly surround and protect the body without constricting it when riding. ASSOS products are not very comfortable in the upright position - they stretch - and this is completely normal. So go into a bent posture like on a bike and feel how it " clicks" and the clothes now fit perfectly. ASSOS technical products are made for real cycling and not for leisure activities.
