Campagnolo's EPS 12s V4 internal interface - the heart of the rear derailleur is hidden in the frame

Campagnolo's EPS 12s V4 internal interface can be fitted both on the handlebars and in the down tube of a frame that fits. It transforms all communication between brake levers, rear derailleur and front derailleur into action. This means that the V4 interface receives electronic impulses and transmits them to the respective shifting components, thus initiating the shift. But it is also able to be connected to various external devices such as smartphones or training computers. To make this possible, it has Bluetooth and ANT+. You can therefore manage and set your groupset via external devices.

It is the actual brain of the EPS drivetrain. The DTI™ controls and monitors the battery, receives and sends the signals from the interface, controls and monitors the rear derailleur and front derailleur.

Zero Setting / Ride Setting
These technologies refer to the initial setting of the gears and the fine tuning during the race.

Waterproof IP67
The electronic components are protected against the penetration of dust and liquids. They can survive temporary immersion in water up to a maximum depth of 1 m for a maximum of 30 minutes without damage.

On Board Diagnostic:
With the On Board Diagnostic, the EPS system automatically detects various malfunctions. As soon as a fault occurs, the system turns on an RGB LED on the power unit. Depending on where the malfunction occurs, the LED will light up in a specific colour.
