Mag die Lehre >in der Theorie< durch die große Messstrecke sehr präzise sein, stellt sich >in der Praxis< bei fortgeschrittenem Verschleiß durchaus auch mal die Frage**, wie viele (intakte) Kettenglieder die Lehre denn fassen können SOLLTE, ohne dabei auf der Kette aufzuliegen.

In der Anwendungsgrafik auf der Verpackung sind diese nicht nummeriert.
Gezählt habe ich 19 Bolzen, an deren äußersten die Lehre innen anliegt.

**(…also zumindest dem unerfahrenen Benutzer, ohne Vergleich mit einer neuen Kette und bei offenbar sträflich-fortgeschrittenem Verschleiß :| stellt sich diese Frage.)

Die Darstellung auf der Verpackung zeigt in der Tat die akkurate Anwendung der Kettenverschleißlehre. Man kann sich bei der Bedienung also an der gezeigten Anzahl von Kettengliedern orientieren.
