The tubular tyre cement for carbon rims in black packaging was specially developed for the increased thermal loads and the special features of the surface of carbon material. The poor heat dissipation of carbon causes conventional cement to soften, especially on long descents. This causes the tyre to fly off the rim. The specially developed carbon cement stays intact even at high temperatures. Please be sure to follow the proper instructions, as tubular tyre cement for carbon rims differs from conventional tubular tyre adhesive for aluminium rims.
