Note from the manufacturer:

Ensure that the adapter sleeves are seated accurately in the impactor to prevent the crown race from tilting. Grease the crown race seat lightly with bearing grease before installing it. The upper diameter of the steerer tube is decisive for the maximum possible steerer tube length.
