DT Swiss Upgrade-Kit 3 Pawl to Ratchet LN - Pawl freehub for entry-level wheels

This upgrade kit from DT Swiss allows you to convert your hub with a 3-pawl ratchet freehub to a Ratchet-LN disc freehub with 18 teeth. This will bring your 1900 wheelset with 370 hubs up to modern standards. Optionally, the freehub can also be upgraded with 24, 36 or 54 tooth pulleys.

Note from the manufacturer:

The Ratchet LN rotor cannot be used with 240s and 350 hubs.

Technology:

Ratchet LN
The Ratchet LN freehub is used to convert DT Swiss 370 hubs with pawls to a ratchet freehub. The advantage, compared to pawls, is the significantly larger contact surface with improved frictional connection. The seal attached to the freehub body, and not to the hub shell as usual, makes the freehub body easily replaceable. The modular design allows free selection of the engagement angle (18, 24, 36 or 54 teeth) and of the freehub body.
