Quite stiff but it wears out like butter in the sun, 1 set lasts less than 10 gravel/cross ride, then the bearing gets "scratchy" and develops resistance. It is nor water- nor dust-proof at all!! I had Shimano material that lasted 4 or 5 times the time of these. Even if not foreseen to do so, you can to a certain extend strip it and perform a little maintenance by re-greasing the balls . You'll be good for a few rides more, but it's a cumbersome procedure for the benefit you get of it.
Avoid it if you can.
