FSA Non-Series SMR Stem - Full flexibility for cable routing

The Non-Series NS SMR Road stem by FSA offers you the option of semi-internal as well as fully-integrated cable routing, whereby this requires a special headset and possibly compatible handlebars. The stem is made of aluminium and is mounted pointing downwards at a 6° angle. At 33.5 mm, the overall height of the steerer tube is remarkably low.

SMR System
SMR stands for Smart Cable Routing and refers to a cable routing system from FSA that allows both complete and partial integration of the cables into the cockpit. This includes a specially-developed headset and compatible stems as well as special handlebars or, if applicable, handlebar-stem units if opting for a fully-integrated solution. Cables are either routed internally from the cockpit into the frame or they run under the stem and are covered by the SMR cover that comes with the stem. Both solutions provide a neat appearance and increase aerodynamics.
