The reference for aerodynamics, integrative product design, and uncompromising performance in cycling: Factor represents the absolute high-class of modern carbon road bikes. The roots of the British engineering office based in Norfolk are in motor racing and cooperation with brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and various Formula 1 teams. Their premiere in the bicycle cosmos was a hyper-bike for the automotive prestige brand Aston Martin. In 2013, the decision was made to produce racing bikes in series, for which Factor brought in the know-how of the bike industry and professional cycling with Rob Gitelis, Baden Cooke, and David Millar. Since then, Factor has been creating racing machines that are unique in their integrative design and unconditional commitment to performance. The highest level of engineering artistry and precise production in uncompromising quality distinguish Factor's frames.

O2 V.A.M.
The O2 VAM is the weight-optimized, lightweight version of the O2. Particularly in mountain races like the Taiwan KOM Challenge, it can fully showcase its capabilities and prove that lightweight construction does not have to come at the expense of riding comfort and performance.
O2
The O2 is the all-rounder of the Factor family. It has excellent climbing capabilities and also masters rough cobblestones without much trouble. Romain Bardet relied on the O2 during the Tour de France, and Silvan Dillier rode it over the rough cobbles at Paris-Roubaix. A race machine that's up for anything.

OSTRO Gravel V.A.M.
The Ostro Gravel stems from the DNA of the Ostro VAM and transfers its winning mentality to all terrains off the road. More about Factor
Road bikes with high speed in their blood
Factor stands for innovation, speed, and performance - combined in bikes that breathe aerodynamics and crave speed. No wonder, since the developers have their roots in motorsport. They started as a leading design and engineering office for prestige brands like Aston Martin or Ferrari, developing aerodynamic vehicles for many motorsport teams in Formula 1 and the Moto GP motorcycle world championship. In 2009, they made their first spectacular foray into the bike industry with the FACTOR001 - a racing bike that was far ahead of its time and did not want to be confined by the strict UCI regulations. Hydraulic disc brakes, perfect integration of all cables, power measurement, and a cockpit with touchscreen display were already pointing in the direction the road cycling sport would develop towards. The Twin-Vane design, which gives the Factor ONE its futuristic look and consistent orientation towards aerodynamics, was also already present: A split down and seat tube, creating impressive lateral stiffness of the frame. Advanced engineering in its most beautiful form.
Carbon road bikes of unique quality
This was followed by the development of a £25,000 hyper-bike for the prestige brand Aston Martin, the Factor ONE-77, and in 2013 the decision to produce racing bikes in series. For this, Factor brought in a lot of know-how from the bike industry and professional cycling with Rob Gitelis, Baden Cooke, and David Millar. Their expertise around composite materials, lightweight construction, and aerodynamics, as well as the constant use of the highest quality high-end carbon fibers, make the frames qualitatively unique. Factor has its own production facilities, which allows the manufacturer maximum influence on manufacturing and guarantees the highest level of quality assurance. This not only sets obvious standards in terms of aerodynamics and design but also in the quality of production. Perfection arises not by chance or happy circumstances but from dedication and a love for detail that accepts no compromises.
Pro cyclists rely on Factor
No wonder, then, that Factor enjoys great popularity in professional racing and has already secured podium places at tours like the Tour de France, merciless spring classics like Paris-Roubaix, or various Ironman events. Since the 2020 season, Factor bikes can also be seen again in UCI races: Factor has signed a three-year contract with the Team Israel Cycling Academy, for which the two German riders André Greipel and Rick Zabel are also starting.
