Factor OSTRO Gravel V.A.M. T47a SRAM DUB frameset - carbon racing machine par excellence
The OSTRO Gravel V.A.M. frameset from Factor, here in the version with SRAM bottom bracket, is the further development of the high-performance road bike frame into a race-oriented frameset for gravel cycling and more. In this aerodynamic carbon frame and the equally streamlined carbon fork, there is room for up to 45 mm wide 28-inch tyres, making even difficult gravel sections easier to master. The seatpost integrates stylishly and aero-optimised into the overall concept. High-end headset and bottom bracket from CeramicSpeed minimise friction losses during the ride. Thanks to the aerodynamic handlebar stem unit from Black Inc, the frameset lives up to its name - OSTRO is one of the main Mediterranean winds.
The OSTRO Gravel was designed for fully integrated cable routing of electronic groupsets. You decide for yourself whether you want to use one or two chainrings. The front derailleur mounting option can be quickly removed if not needed. This gives you a smooth seat tube without protruding braze-on attachment. Eyelets for bottle cages or bags are located on the down tube, seat tube and top tube.
To demonstrate the frame's ability to withstand the most adverse conditions, Factor has already sent bikes based on the OSTRO Gravel V.A.M. into the race at Unbound Gravel 2022, where they passed the endurance test with flying colours.
Factor also fulfils the one-bike-for-all principle with this frameset. That's why you can ride fast with 28-inch or 650B wheels or with a narrow road chassis. A speedy gravel bike or super-aerodynamic road bike, the choice is yours.
