Fulcrum Racing Zero Center Lock Disc 28" Wheelset - Fast gravel wheels

The Racing Zero wheelset from Fulcrum performs excellently on gravel bikes for racing. The continuous undrilled rim bed eliminates the need for rim tape. The high-strength aluminium of the rims withstands the stresses of bumpy gravel roads. The two-to-one spoke pattern makes the wheels especially stiff, which allows you to reach top speeds quickly. Whether uphill or downhill, you have your bike firmly under control thanks to the Center Lock disc brake mount and can shake off your competitors in tricky situations. The traditional set-up of tubular tyres is no problem at all, but if you prefer to ride tubeless, that is also possible.

Undrilled Rim Bed
The rim bed is continuous and has no holes for nipples. The nipples are inserted over the valve opening and guided with a magnet to the connection point of the rim. This eliminates the need for rim tape, increases the durability of the rim and allows the spokes to be tensioned more, resulting in greater stiffness.

Two-to-One Spoke Ratio
In order to avoid energy loss, two-to-one wheels are equipped with double the number of spokes in critical areas. In the case of rear wheels, this takes into account the increased forces on the drive side. Front wheels have twice as many spokes on the side of the brake rotor.
