This includes the determination of your training status, daily training recommendations, a recovery guide and the measurement of various performance data such as heart rate and speed. When paired with additional sensors, you expand your findings with further interesting information such as cadence, step frequency and stride length. Point-to-point navigation and features that guide you back to the start provide basic orientation and prevent you from getting lost. You can also sync routes from Garmin Connect or third-party platforms such as Strava or Komoot. Garmin Music allows you access your favourite tunes during activities. In an emergency, the Forerunner 745 can send out alerts and show your current location to select emergency contacts.
