The Agilis Helmet with MIPS by Giro keeps your head cool

The Agilis helmet from Giro is a well-ventilated road bike helmet with MIPS impact protection. The 32 wind tunnel vents keep you cool while riding. Antibacterial Coolfit inner padding prevents unpleasant odours from perspiration from forming and keeps your head cool. The Roc Loc 5 system makes size adjustment easy. The Slimline closure is not bulky and is hardly noticeable while riding.

In-Mold Construction
The polycarbonate outer shell is glued to the EPS inner shell, which increases the resistance of the helmet. It also makes it easier to shape vents, which means that In-Mold designs typically have better ventilation systems and a lighter weight.

MIPS
MIPS stands for " Multi Directional Impact Protection System" and refers to a movable protection layer consisting of three components: an EPS liner and low-friction liner, which are then connected by an elastomeric fastening system. This layer protects the brain from oblique impact. The principle of the natural low-friction layer of the brain is adapted in order to minimise the forces that occur.

Roc Loc 5 Fit System:
The size adjustment mechanism is encased in a small housing. It can be adjusted in small increments with only two fingers. It also allows for height adjustment in three incremental levels.

Wind Tunnel Ventilation
Internal ventilation channels and vents direct cool air around the head and expel excess heat.
