Technology:

In-Mold Construction
The polycarbonate outer shell is glued to the EPS inner shell, which increases the resistance of the helmet. It also makes it easier to shape vents, which means that In-Mold designs typically have better ventilation systems and a lighter weight.

MIPS
MIPS stands for " Multi Directional Impact Protection System" and refers to a movable protection layer consisting of three components: an EPS liner and low-friction liner, which are then connected by an elastomeric fastening system. This layer protects the brain from oblique impact. The principle of the natural low-friction layer of the brain is adapted in order to minimise the forces that occur.

Roc Loc 5 Air
The size adjustment mechanism is encased in a small housing. It can be adjusted in small increments with only two fingers. It also allows for height adjustment in three incremental levels. The ventilation of the helmet has been optimized. The helmet design creates an air cushion between the head and the helmet shell. This allows the airstream to flow without resistance and cool the head.

Roll Cage Reinforcement
Nylon incorporated directly into the EPS foam increases stability.

Ionic+
Ionic+ padding has an antibacterial effect and prevents odour build-up, plus silver threads are woven in. In addition, the pads dry quickly, cool in the heat and warm up in the cold.

Super Fit Engineering
A good to very good fit is achieved in over 98% of adults. This is based on laboratory and practical tests, the results of which are optimised until the desired quality in terms of comfort and functionality is achieved.
