The Code Techlace MTB is a race-ready shoe for riders who want maximum power transfer without sacrificing the durability needed to take on rough trails and conditions. The Techlace system replaces the D-rings and other hardware needed for laces. This provides a supple feel over the entire forefoot area, and the laces can be easily replaced should they ever break.
Thanks to the Boa L6 adjustment wheel, the lacing can be adjusted quickly, intuitively and in 1-millimetre increments, and a cover increases durability. The upper is made from Evofiber material for superior fit and complements the customizable Supernatural Fit Kit, which allows for precise fine-adjustment of the arch support. An Easton EC70 carbon composite sole offers pro-level stiffness, and a rugged, moulded Vibram rubber outsole sits on top for protection and slip resistance when you're not on the bike.

In addition, the SuperNatural Fit Kit provides the best heel hold and keeps the foot as close to the pedal as possible. For a completely new feel and even more performance!

Evofiber
Evofiber combines the best attributes of mesh and microfibre, resulting in a water-resistant yet breathable material. This eliminates the numerous seams typically found on mesh inserts, strengthening durability and comfort while reducing weight. The material is dimensionally stable, quick-drying and easy to clean.

Techlace
The Techlace System is a unique, patent-pending closure that combines the advantages of laces with the comfort of hook-and-loop fasteners for excellent fit and easy adjustment while riding. By replacing the D-ring eyelets and other hardware with laces, the Techlace System provides a comfortable feeling on the forefoot. Laces can be easily replaced when damaged.

Easton® Composites
The outsole is significantly lighter, stiffer and more comfortable than other soles. The sole has a maximum height of 6.5 mm, which makes the transition between sole and shoe flat and seamless. The upper material can be optimally adapted to the foot without restrictions. The neutral platform supports the natural foot position when pedalling.

BOA Dial
BOA adjustment systems offer quick and easy adjustability with the rotation of the dial in the strength of your choice. The combination of a metal sheathed cable and a mechanical coil replaces stretch, reduces weight and provides fine adjustment in 1 mm increments.

Aegis Microbe Shield®
The force of small electrically charged particles is used here to stop the spread of bacteria. Thus, the shoe does not absorb odour and remains fresh.

Care Instructions:

• wash with clear water or with a mild detergent and air dry
• hand wash - do not put in the washing machine
• do not use aggressive cleaning products and coarse brushes
• do not expose to excessive heat
• do not dry with a heater or a hairdryer, as it can damage the shoe
• If the inside of the shoes is wet, they can be stuffed with newspaper to dry. The paper absorbs the moisture and the shoe retains its shape. In most cases the shoe is dried overnight.
