Technology:
Hard Shell ConstructionThe robust helmet outer shell is made of ABS composite, fibreglass or carbon. It is glued to the foamed EPS inner shell.
In-Mold Construction
The polycarbonate outer shell is glued to the EPS inner shell, which increases the resistance of the helmet. It also makes it easier to shape vents, which means that In-Mold designs typically have better ventilation systems and a lighter weight.
MIPS Spherical
This is the further development of the Multi-Directional Impact Protection System and has two movable protective layers. These can move in all directions and function similarly to a joint. The brain is thus protected against angular impact. The principle of the natural low-friction layer of the brain is adapted in order to minimise the forces that occur.
Roc Loc Air Trail
The large control dial can be operated even when wearing gloves. The ventilation system inside the helmet provides a pleasant amount of air circulation. The airstream flows over an air cushion between the head and the helmet shell and cools the head.
Super Fit Engineering
A good to very good fit is achieved in over 98% of adults. This is based on laboratory and practical tests, the results of which are optimised until the desired quality in terms of comfort and functionality is achieved.
Wind Tunnel Engineering:
Internal ventilation channels and vents direct cool air around the head. Warm air is pushed out.
X-Static
Incorporated silver threads have an antibacterial effect, which prevents the formation of odours. In addition, the silver threads have cooling properties when warm and warming properties when cold.
