The Hope MV2 Floating brake rotors is a float-mounted brake rotor for the Moto FR V2 and Tech V2 Evo brakes as of the 2007 models. The floating rotors are popular among mountain bikers because they optimise performance and they simply stand out. The stainless steel braking surface is riveted to the aluminium carrier. This design saves weight and the disc can expand and contract with heat without being deformed.

Etwas teuer, aber geile Optik und die Bremskraft kann ich auch nicht beanstanden. Fahre sie mit einer 2014er XT, da wird zwar nicht die ganze Scheibe genutzt, aber circa 3/4. Macht auch lange bremslastige Abschnitte zuverlässig mit.
