For front derailleurs: the Shiftmate 7 from Jtek Engineering

The Jtek Shiftmate adapts the transmission ratios of incompatible shift components to each other. The shifter cable runs through the Shiftmate, which uses a special shifting wheel to change the cable ratio and match the shift levers.
With Shiftmate 7 (Shiftmate Straight) you can combine Shimano and Campagnolo triple shifter with MTB front derailleurs and cranks or MTB front derailleurs with Road Triple cranks.

Note from the manufacturer:
With the Shiftmate 7, Campagnolo 11-speed Ergopower™ shifters can also be combined with wide Shimano 11-speed cassettes. The Shimano 10-speed rear derailleur was originally designed for 36 T only, however 40 T or 42 T may be possible by adjusting the B-stop screw. This solution does not work with Shimano 11-speed rear derailleurs.
