Low weight, high transmission: the MTB 12-speed cassette from KCNC

The KCNC MTB 12-speed cassette is partly made of aluminium (larger sprockets) and partly of steel (smaller sprockets). It is compatible with SRAM 12-speed drivetrains and XD freewheel bodies. A fantastic range of 9 to 52 teeth leaves nothing to be desired, and 320g of weight keeps your gear at the low end of the scale. Lest we forget--it's also pretty nice to look at.

I had one of these cassettes and after 240 km, 8 teeth had broken off and several were bent. It may be light, but it comes at a price - durability is non-existing.

Response from bike-components on 10.09.2019:

This cassette exceeds the intended range for all current derailleurs. Adjustment and chain lenght selection have to be carried out with even more care than standard 12-speed setups.

If you suspect a manufacturing or materials error, we can send the cassette to the supplier for inspection and (if possible) warranty. Please contact our service team in that case.
