Powerful brakes = Magura. The traditional Swabian company, founded in 1893, developed the first hydraulic bicycle brake in 1987 and immediately reaped numerous victories in the Mountain Bike World Cup. A revolution not only in bike sports, but also for Magura itself, which until then had specialised exclusively in motorcycle products. Now the Swabians from Bad Urach conquered a new market and since then have been extremely successful in the hydraulic bicycle brake sector, both with rim and disc brakes for MTBs. Magura set another milestone with the Vyron seatpost, the first dropper seatpost with radio remote control.
