The GEL 100 CAF 100 energy gel from Maurten provides you with 25 g of pure energy and 100 mg of caffeine. The carbohydrates encapsulated in hydrogel can be absorbed by the body without stomach problems. At the same time you keep your caffeine level high, which makes you more alert and reduces the perceived effort and strain.
