The Sport-Roller Free pannier from ORTLIEB with QL3.1 attachment

The waterproof ORTLIEB Sport-Roller Free pannier with QL3.1 mounting does not contain PVC and provides you with 14.5 litres of volume for your ride or your everyday life. With the QL3.1 system, you mount a bracket on the lowrider or pannier rack. The back of the Sport-Roller Free is hook-free and fairly flat, so it's easy to carry and won't get caught anywhere when you take it to the supermarket, for example. In addition, the top of the pannier rack remains free for additional luggage or a basket. The lightweight nylon fabric has a waterproof coating and is robust.

Note from the Manufacturer:

To achieve the IP64 degree of protection (6 = dust-tight, 4 = splash-proof from all directions), the closure must be rolled up 3 to 4 times over and secured.
Taking into account wear and tear, it is recommended to protect all contact points between the bag mount system and the pannier rack or a bicycle frame with paint protection sticker(s).
In addition, the permitted load of the pannier rack must be adhered to as well as the bag's maximum load capacity.

Quick-Lock3.1 Mount System
The Quick-Lock3.1 mount system is used in particular for office and urban bags and is characterised by the fact that a large part of the attachment elements are attached to the pannier rack. There are no hooks on the back of the bag, but flat attachment plates that are inconspicuous in everyday life and increase comfort while carrying. The bag is attached and removed in one easy step by simply lifting the handle to lock and unlock. The mounting set is adjustable in height and angle and the lower hook can also be rotated in 15-degree increments, so that it fits on a wide variety of racks and pedalling freedom is guaranteed. The mount system's rails also supports bags with QL1, QL2, QL2.1 and QL3 systems. Another advantage of the QL3.1 mount system: the support surface of the pannier rack remains free for items such as a bicycle basket.
