Manufacturer Warranty

ORTLIEB offers a five-year warranty from the date of purchase on defects that are due to insufficient or faulty manufacturing of the materials used by them. Repairs carried out by ORTLIEB are covered by a one-year warranty.

Scuff marks, holes and cracks caused by personal fault are not covered by the warranty. Warranty claims due to normal wear and tear, improper use, non-observance of the assembly instructions, third party intervention and incorrect storage are excluded. If your product is replaced under warranty, the date of initial purchase will continue to apply for the five-year warranty period.
