OneUp Components Axle F 15 x 100 mm Thru-Axle - a RockShox axle for more than EWS riders

The OneUp Components Axle F thru-axle for RockShox is the result of a collaboration between OneUp and Enduro World Series riders looking for a stiffer and more durable front axle. Often, typical 15 mm thru-axles were not strong enough for the race bikes of the professionals.
You may not be an EWS rider, but the simplicity and clean look of the OneUp axle will convince you. The quick-release lever was replaced by a simple 6 mm hex bolt. If you're using the OneUp EDC Multitool anyway, you'll probably want to do without a heavy, bulky quick release lever. The technical values of Axle F are also impressive: 98 % stronger and stiffer than a normal 15 mm axle, but 20 g lighter than a quick-release axle.
In the RockShox version, the axle is compatible with specific 15 x 100 mm RockShox forks.

This one replaces the RS Maxle in my Magura TS8 fork. The RS axle has this expanding wedge so that it actually clamps both legs, this one from OneUp is basically a single bolt. It fits, it works, I trust I'll be fine. I don't notice any drop in stiffness and it is easier to install with an allen key than it was to install the RS axle with the built in lever. And it even looks pretty on my bike!
