This American brand originated in the 1960s in a bike shop in Minneapolis / St. Paul. Howard Hawkins and Art Engstrom couldn't find suitable tools to fix the increasingly complex technology on bikes and, with their "hands-on" mentality, ended up making many themselves. This included the first repair stand, which allowed them to carry out longer repairs on bikes without straining their backs. They quickly drew attention and a great deal of interest: The birth of Park Tool. Since then, the brand has made a name for itself with exceptionally functional and well-thought-out bicycle tools, indispensable in any workshop, whether professional or hobbyist.
