The Chainj chain lubricant from Pedros was developed for varying to wet conditions. It is a biodegradable vegetable-synthetic oil blend that efficiently lubricates, reduces wear and extends service life. It forms a protective layer on the metal and also actively dissolves dirt while riding. A wide variety of races have been won with this lubricant: the extreme Tour de Beauce in Quebec, the Fitchburg-Longsjo Classic in the rain of New England and the U.S. XC national championships in dusty California. Sufficient evidence for the high performance capability of natural lubricants.

Application:

Shake bottle well before use. Apply to the chain rollers while turning the pedals against the direction of travel. When applying to a dirty chain, wipe well after the first application and then apply a second time. Run the chain for 15-20 seconds so that the lubricant is distributed. For maximum cleanliness, wipe off excess lubricant from the outside of the chain. For best performance, wait at least one hour until the next ride.
