The Super Secret Wax Starter Pack consists of a bottle of Ultimate Chain Stripper Wax Prep and a bottle of Super Secret Chain Lube by SILCA. The Chain Stripper removes grease residues from your chain in minutes and prepares it for treatment with chain wax at the same time. Afterwards, apply Chain Lube to minimise friction and noise and extend the life of your drivetrain.

Ultimate Chain Stripper Wax Prep:
Application:
1. Apply 1 drop of Chain Stripper to each roller of the chain while turning the crank against the direction of travel. Leave on for 5 minutes.
2. Turn the crank 10 turns against the direction of travel to distribute the Chain Stripper and then apply another 1 drop per roller and leave for another 5 minutes.
3. Rinse with clean water, turning the crank at least 10 turns against the direction of travel.

Super Secret Chain Lube:
Application:
1. Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Run the chain and apply 1 - 2 drops of lube per roller.
3. Work the wax in with your fingers, keeping the chain moving.
4. Shift through the entire cassette at least once.
5. Allow to dry for at least 12 hours, 24 hours in cool, damp weather conditions.

Note from the manufacturer:
Super Secret chain wax should be applied at temperatures of 5 - 35 °C and stored at 5 - 30 °C. If it is exposed to temperatures below freezing for a longer time, it becomes very thick. However, it can still be used because the function remains given.
