SRAM's hydraulic Apex eTap disc brake with shift/brake lever for AXS connectivity is especially recommended for gravel. The ribbed texture on the rubber grips and shift paddles ensures a good grip and safe operation. The hoods can be easily grasped by both small and large hands. You can adjust the reach to your hand size with a 2.5 mm hexagon socket wrench. With the intuitive eTap shifting logic, you shift up with one lever and down with the other. Not to be forgotten, the brake caliper also offers a strong, reliable performance in any situation. For simple, clean installation, the brake is equipped with a Stealth-a-majig connection.

Technology:

eTap™
SRAM's eTap is a simple, unambiguous and intuitive shifting logic. With the shift lever on the left-hand side you move the rear derailleur inwards to a larger sprocket, with the shift lever on the right-hand side you move the derailleur outwards to a smaller sprocket. With the shift lever pressed down, you can directly shift several gears. Pressing both shift levers at the same time causes a front derailleur movement in 2x shifting systems.

AXS
AXS is SRAM's electronic integration platform that combines electronic bicycle components and software. The SRAM AXS app allows you to view battery status, change component behaviour, adjust controls, receive maintenance reminders and update firmware.

Reach Adjust
The fit and ergonomics of the brake lever is a very personal matter. People have individual position preferences as well as unique hand sizes and finger lengths. The grip width adjustment makes it child's play to adjust the lever - for maximum control.

Stealth-a-majig™
With Stealth-a-majig, installing the hydraulic hose during assembly is child's play. Its smaller size allows easy internal cable routing, which gives the bike a tidy look.
