This hydraulic hose from SRAM has a bevelled banjo at the end on the lever side and is thus suitable for flat mount road bike brakes with a corresponding connection point in the brake lever. These include the Red, Rival and Force 22, but the Force 1 or CX1 as well as Apex 1 HRD and S-700 are also compatible. The advantage of the system is that the brake hose can be shortened at the brake caliper without having to remove any handlebar tape. You install the banjo at the other end on the side of the brake caliper yourself. Use them with DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 depending on your brake model. The scope of delivery includes connection material including a Torx T8 wrenhc and two Stealth Clips for cable routing, which you can attach to stem bolts.
