The hydraulic SRAM Red E1 AXS disc brake with flat mount is designed for road bikes with drop bars. The carbon brake lever blade can be operated with just one finger and ensures smooth, powerful braking. The levers are designed for different hand sizes and shapes and can be adapted to your needs in terms of reach and contact point. You can use the AXS app to customise the shifting behaviour and configure an additional button on the side of the lever. The brake calliper with a polished finish not only looks classy, but also impresses with its stiffness and performance at a low weight.

Reach Adjust
The fit and ergonomics of the brake lever is a very personal matter. Riders have individual position preferences as well as unique hand sizes and finger lengths. The grip width adjustment makes it child's play to adjust the lever - for maximum control.

Bleeding Edge
Bleeding Edge technology allows quick and easy bleeding of the brakes. Due to the special fluid channel and a specially designed bleed opening, the fluid can be pumped more easily through the brake calliper. A special adapter can be fitted to the bleed port and seals the system to prevent air ingress and fluid loss.

Stealth-a-majig
With Stealth-a-majig, installing the hydraulic hose during assembly is child's play. Its smaller size allows easy internal cable routing, which gives the bike a tidy look.
