The SRAM Rival eTap AXS hydraulic disc brake with flat mount is made for gravel beginners who want to shift electronically, because it comes with an eTap shift/brake lever for AXS drives. The revised shape of the grips together with the adjustable width ensure that your hands feel comfortable on the cockpit. Rubberised shift levers as well as the structured surface of the rubber grips counteract slipping and offer you a secure grip even on uneven surfaces. With the help of the AXS app, you can adjust the shifting behaviour individually. The intuitive eTap shifting logic, where you upshift on one side and downshift on the other, is simple and straightforward.

AXS is SRAM's electronic integration platform that combines electronic bicycle components and software. The SRAM AXS app allows you to view battery status, change component behaviour, adjust controls, receive maintenance reminders and update firmware.

eTap™:
SRAM's eTap is a simple, unambiguous and intuitive shifting logic. With the shift lever on the left-hand side you move the rear derailleur inwards to a larger sprocket, with the shift lever on the right-hand side you move the derailleur outwards to a smaller sprocket. With the shift lever pressed down, you can directly shift several gears. Pressing both shift levers at the same time causes a front derailleur movement in 2x shifting systems.

Reach Adjust:
The fit and ergonomics of the brake lever is a very personal matter. Riders have individual position preferences as well as unique hand sizes and finger lengths. With the reach adjustment, the lever can be easily adjusted - for maximum control with just one finger.

Stealth-a-majig™:
With Stealth-a-majig, installing the hydraulic hose during assembly is child's play. Its smaller size allows easy internal cable routing, which gives the bike a tidy look.
