This lightweight T-Type chain by SRAM from the weight-oriented XX SL Eagle Transmission series is recommended for a 1x12-speed drivetrain on cross-country racers. There isn't a gram too much: the outer links have cut-outs to keep weight down as much as possible. The hollow pins also contribute to this, and along with the inner links, are chrome-hardened to increase durability. On the other side, the outer links are nickel-plated to prevent corrosion. In combination with Eagle Transmission components, you benefit from smooth shifting and frictionless running. The Flattop design is not only functional, but also looks good. The PowerLock master link is PVD coated for improved durability.
