The BO24 24-inch kids bike from SUPURB is a hardtail with suspension fork and gears for junior mountain bikers and is suitable for children ages 8 to 11. In order to keep the bike fun, the needs of children were placed at the centre of development. Long chainstays and a flat head tube angle result in a wheel load distribution that is optimised for children's riding behaviour. In combination with a low centre of gravity and the flat head tube angle, the geometry gives children a lot of confidence for their first trail descents. Since children have relatively large heads in proportion to their bodies, the sitting position is upright to account for this. This way, your child can concentrate on riding and won't be too busy with the tedious task of finding his or her balance. With 100 mm of travel, the Junit Comp suspension fork from Manitou is well-balanced in relation to body size and provides sufficient shock absorption. With 12 gears of the easy-to-operate SRAM SX-Eagle gears, even steep ramps can be conquered effortlessly. On straight stretches, on the other hand, the 11-tooth sprocket helps to make really fast progress. Internal cable routing not only looks good, but also prevents snagging on trail overgrowth or other obstacles. Kid-friendly components such as a 150 mm short crank, easy-to-operate disc brakes with lever width adjustment, 2.25" wide tyres for lots of traction and a high level of riding comfort and LEVELNINE add-ons adapted to children's hands round off the fun. For advanced kids, the BO24 can be upgraded with a dropper post.
