The Virtual Pivot Point rear suspension system is the tried-and-true kinematics of Santa Cruz full suspension MTB frames. While short bellcranks allow for a compact, clean design, the thick axles combined with angular contact ball bearings provide reliable, precise vibration damping and fine-tuned response. The VPP is optimised for each bike to achieve a balance between efficient propulsion and outstanding rear suspension performance. In addition, the VPP is designed to work in harmony with long-term and regularly available shocks and components.
