Schwalbe's Johnny Watts 27.5" tyre offers optimal safety, both on asphalt and on light terrain. Its large tread blocks ensure excellent rolling characteristics, especially on hard surfaces, and a long tread life. The defined braking edges increase braking traction and the Double Defense carcass construction with RaceGuard under the tread leaves nothing to be desired in terms of puncture protection.

ADDIX is also available as a Performance compound. The mixture is very durable and meets a wide range of requirements.

Double Defense
Combined puncture protection under the tread and on the sidewalls.
This is available in three versions. In the Race version SnakeSkin (all around) and RaceGuard (under the tread) protect additionally. On Tour tyres, SnakeSkin works on the sidewalls and high-density V-Guard is under the tread. " Plus" tyres combine a layer of GreenGuard under the tread and SnakeSkin on the sidewalls.

A double layer of nylon fabric under the tread. Good protection for light, sporty tyres.

E-50
For fast e-bikes a special approval of the tyres is necessary. Tyres with ECE-R75 approval valid throughout Europe are the simplest solution here. All tyres with this test indicator are approved for fast e-bikes and s-pedelecs up to 50 km/h.
