Super Gravity
Super Gravity is a revolutionary new tyre construction, developed for enduro competitions, but also ideally suited for freeride and even downhill races. Until 2012, Schwalbe exclusively used a " dual casing" construction for downhill tyres - four layers that overlap on the tread and form a total of six layers there. The Super Gravity casing, on the other hand, was designed by Schwalbe similar to that of a motorbike tyre. Again, two casing layers are used. But this time they overlap above the side walls and not under the tread as usual (" turn up method" ). This still results in four stable plies on the side, but only two plies under the tread - and thus four plies less than a pure downhill tyre. This technology is so exceptional that Schwalbe has applied for a patent for it. The Snakebite protection is massive like on downhill tyres. However, the tread remains very flexible for excellent driving characteristics. All-round SnakeSkin provides excellent protection against cuts. The tyres are tubeless ready. You save the tube weight and are not heavier than with freeride tyres. In contrast to downhill tyres with inner tubes, you save almost 800 g in weight on the bike - and that's on the outside of the rotating mass.

TrailStar
Triple Star compounds are Schwalbe's best and most complex rubber compounds. Triple compounds, perfectly matched to the application. TrailStar is an enduro and freeride compound with an easy rolling base (base), grippy centre (medium soft) and extra grippy shoulder (soft). Note from the manufacturer: TrailStar clearly loses performance in sub-zero temperatures.

Tubeless Easy
The new standard for all Schwalbe Evolution MTB tyres. The new monofilament sideweave surpasses the previous SnakeSkin fabric three times--even greater cut resistance, higher puncture resistance and above all: it makes tubeless conversion extremely easy and safe! The use of tyre sealant is required, but mounting is otherwise just as easy as with genuine tubeless tyres. Long conversion processes with intensive shaking and frequent pumping no longer exist with Tubeless Easy.
