With the Shimano 105 R7000 2x11 disc brake groupset, 105 riders now also benefit from the reliable, constant braking force of a group-specific disc brake. Likewise, the other technologies are directly derived from the higher-level series Dura-Ace and Ultegra. The groupset consists of a 2x crankset (34-50 T), an 11-speed cassette (11-30, 11-32 or 11-34 T), a rear derailleur, a braze-on front derailleur, a Quick-Link chain and the ready-to-install disc brake set with two flat mount brake calipers and shift/brake levers (STI). Road bike beginners, hobby cyclo-crossers or gravel lovers will appreciate the advantages of the modernised 105 groupset - like its predecessors available in black and silver.

• The bottom bracket is not included. Shimano recommends SM-BBR60 (BSA/ITA) or SM-BB72-41B Pressfit Hollowtech II.
• The SM-RT70 (140, 160 or 180 mm) brake rotor must also be ordered separately.
• if necessary, FM-to-FM brake adapter SM-MA-R160 D/D for 160 mm brake rotor with 140 mm FM frame or SM-MA-R160 D/D for 180 mm brake rotor with 160 mm FM frame
• Optional brake caliper bolts for 10/15/20/30/35 mm frame diameters are also available.
