The Shimano chainring mounting tool TL-FC38 is a lockring adapter tool for Shimano STEPS e-bike drivetrain units. In combination with a suitable tool, this allows the lockring to be installed and removed. TL-FC38 is made of hardened steel and is therefore particularly strong and durable.
