The Shimano Ultegra PD-R8000E1 pedals are a special version of the PD-R8000 that have a 4 mm longer axle. This also increases the distance between the centre of the pedal and the crank arm. The pedals with carbon body and wide contact surface are characterised by stiffness and loss-free transfer of the applied force.
