The Shimano XT RD-M8120 rear derailleur lets you shift a 10-45 cassette in a 1x12-speed or 2x12-speed system. It stands for precise and fast gear changes within a huge transmission range. Special features of this rear derailleur include 13-tooth sprockets and a rubber damper, which minimises noise and improves comfort. In addition, Shimano Shadow RD+ technology significantly increases chain retention.
