The Shimano XTR 10-speed Chainring for the FC-M985 Crank

This Shimano 10-speed chainring is only compatible with the XTR FC-M985 crank. It has the special bolt circle diamter of 88 mm and is made of aluminium. Dyna-Sys and SG-X technology ensure seamless shifting in the 2-speed drivetrain. The chainrings are part of the Shimano HyperDrive concept, by means of which all front drivetrain components, i.e. the front derailleur and chain, are matched to each other.

Note to Type Designation:

The type designation (one or two characters) helps identify the compatibility of various chainrings with other chainrings. Because the larger chainrings have specially-formed teeth and upward shifting assistance, only particular smaller chainrings will match to ensure proper shifting performance. An XY chainring should only be combined with another XY chainring. This applies to all other types as well.

Looks great, works perfect. Maybe a bit more exspensive then the XT variant but you can certainly feel it during shifting (especially in extreme conditions
