Shimano XTR XC brake calliper BR-M9100 - extremely stiff and lightweight

The Shimano XTR XC brake calliper BR-M9100 is made of one piece of aluminium and is therefore characterised by its special stiffness. It has 2 ceramic pistons and has been specially developed for Cross Country racing. The supplied titanium bolts and the synthetic resin pads on a titanium backing plate reduce the weight even further. Of course, this brake calliper can also be bled properly via One Way Bleeding.

One Way Bleeding is a technique used on Shimano calipers that facilitates brake bleeding. The hose routing has been optimised so that no air bubbles remain in the brake calliper. In combination with the funnel, the brake can be bled cleanly and easily.
