The Specialized Universal Adapter makes your helmet ANGi-compatible
The ANGi Universal-Adapter from Specialized is a mounting bracket which can be used to attach the ANGi emergency sensor to helmets which are not equipped with a holding device (the so-called Fit-System). This way, helmets from third-party suppliers can also be made ANGi-compatible. The adapter can be easily taped to the rear of the helmet near the adjustment system. It must lie flat with at least 75% of the adhesive surface and be pressed for 60 seconds. After 5 minutes you can then insert the sensor (not included).
Compatibility:
- helmets from Specialized and third party suppliers that are not ANGi-compatible (= do not have a fit system)
- at least 75% of the adapter's adhesive surface must be able to rest in the rear part of the helmet
