SunRace was founded in 1972 in Taiwan. In 2000, they purchased the long-standing English company Sturmey-Archer, who were famous for their three-speed hubs. Today, SunRace components can be found on a number of bicycles from big brands, especially their cassettes, which have become a great alternative to other drivetrain companies.
