SRAM GXP Bottom Bracket
Solid bearing technology for your SRAM/Truvativ cranks: the GXP Bottom Bracket by SRAM Truvativ
The GXP system does not rely on a lateral load to adjust the bearing clearance as other systems do, but the left bearing is clamped between the bottom bracket axle and the left crank arm. This allows the right-hand bearing to move axially freely on the bottom bracket axle. This prevents premature bearing wear.
