The VAUDE AM Tsali Mid STX MTB shoe offers the perfect blend of comfort and performance all year round. It ensures efficient power transfer to the pedals as well as good footing on loose ground and on extended tours in alpine terrain. The waterproof MTB shoe is made of high-quality robust leather by Terracare, and is equipped with a 100% recycled membrane. The environmentally friendly Sympatex® membrane protects against moisture and dirt and ensures a pleasant climate for feet thanks to its high breathability. The high upper construction as well as a reinforced toe cap protect your foot from crank hits, stones or branches. Classic lacing in combination with a hook & loop fastener strap ensures a precise fit and a firm hold. The perfect fit is rounded off by the Ortholite® insole, which is made of harder PU foam in the pedal area for optimal power transfer. The All Mountain SUPtraction® T rubber Blend sole offers a dynamic tread with increased contact surface on the pedal and good abrasion resistance. It also gives you first-class support on any terrain. The shoe comes with a removable cover so that it can be ridden with or without cleats. The MTB shoe is compatible with all common clipless pedal systems and, together with a firm stiffness (V-Flow 6), ensures a lot of fun on trails.

PVC free:
The VAUDE seal PVC-free means that this product is manufactured completely without PVC (polyvinyl chloride). Looks like a truck tarpaulin, is just as durable and waterproof, but is made of PU (polyurethane) coated textile fabric instead of PVC. PVC often contains plasticisers (phthalates) that are suspected of being harmful to health.

SympaTex®:
As one of the world's leading specialists for innovative functional systems for clothing, footwear and accessories, Sympatex develops high-tech equipment based on the hydrophilic, non-porous Sympatex membrane. Sympatex is a manufacturer of environmentally-friendly, 100% waterproof (45,000 mm water column), 100% windproof and at the same time breathable membranes and laminates in Europe. The Sympatex membrane is made of recyclable polyester that won't affect your health. This makes it absolutely environmentally- as well as skin-friendly. In addition, the Sympatex membrane has been produced according to the bluesign standard, guaranteeing maximum environmental and consumer protection. This membrane is 100% PTFE-free.

Terracare leather:
Leather sustainably produced in Germany according to high social and ecological standards. Through the conscious use of resources such as water, chemicals and energy, terracare leather is not only manufactured in a particularly ecological way, but is also extremely low-polluting.

SUPtraction®:
The SUPTraction outsole is a technical sole from the Swiss company SUPtraction, which develops special rubber compounds. The soles are manufactured from the concept to the final product specifically for the application area of the VAUDE shoes in order to achieve the best possible result.

OrthoLite®:
OrthoLite insoles are made of open-pored polyurethane foam. They are extremely breathable, durable and prevent the formation of fungus, bacteria and odours. The EcoPlush version contains 25% organic castor oil, and the sole upper is made of 50% recycled polyester. OrthoLite insoles are machine washable.

V-Flow Value:
The V-Flow value shows you the strength of the upper in combination with the midsole and outsole. V-Flow 6 are all-mountain cycling shoes for trails on grippy natural ground or consolidated gravel to unstable ground and rubble in alpine terrain. They offer you perfect fit and protection with optimal power transmission.
